the freelech option is something like event calendar but with only one event - don't count the download for a given period or recurrent period, ex. every friday; every friday, but from may to july and so on.
ex. from: monday; day - 15, month - 5 to: wednesday; day - 20, month - 8
the freeleech will be active from may to august, but only if the day of the month is from 15 to 20 and the day of the week is mon, tue or wed. and this will happen every year unless you provide an year in the options
i had an idea to add more options to a period, ex: for one period download is not counted at all; for other download is devided by 2 or other number; for other period both dl and up are not counted; and so on but i have no time at all, so stick with only not counting the download
