enough with this external torrents. I've said this many many times. You'll be able to use external announce addresses, however peers will be counted only for the internal announce!
Do you realy know what is external torrents? It's far away from what you've thinking. "External torrents" is a feature of the announcer (or the real torrent tracker) and this plugin will never support it, because it's stupid. External torrents in my opinion must be used only on a support tracker with no frontend.
I hope you both really want not exactly external torrents, but what i've described above.
